Description
Our occasion huts are the perfect way to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or family get together. With deck chairs, electricity and the beach on its doorstep, it’s the perfect way to bring everyone together.
The only difference between the two huts is Starfish has a microwave included and Seahorse has a second table inside.
Hire from 9am until Dusk.
2023 Hire prices:
- JANUARY, FEBRUARY & MARCH: £80
- APRIL / MAY / JUNE / SEPTEMBER Monday - Thursday: £150
- SEPTEMBER SPECIAL OFFER: Monday - Thursday £100
- APRIL / MAY / JUNE / SEPTEMBER Friday - Sunday & Bank Holidays: £180
- JULY & AUGUST: £195
- AUGUST SPECIAL OFFER: Monday - Friday last few dates remaining £140
- OCTOBER / NOVEMBER / DECEMBER: £80

A £50 refundable security deposit is also required to be paid upon collection of the key.
A £50 refundable security deposit must be paid direct to the Noisy Lobster shop upon collection of the key. The refund of the deposit will be issued a minimum of 24 hours after the end of the hire period once the Occasion Hut is checked for any loss, damage or breach of our Ts & Cs. At busier periods, it make take longer for us to get back to you. The refund will be done via phone call as the shop does not hold card details for security & GDPR purposes. Once we have issued the refund over the phone, this may take a few business days to show up in your bank account and is fully out of our control.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation with two weeks notice or less will result in NO refund from the hire price.
- Cancellation between two weeks and exactly one calendar months notice will result in a 50% refund of the hire price.
- Cancellation with more than 1 calendar months notice will result in a full refund less £25 administration charge.
- We offer a cooling off period of 7 days after the date of booking. Any cancellations within this period will result in a full refund, UNLESS the above policies apply.
